World Health Day, celebrated every year on April 7, marks the anniversary of the World Health Organization (WHO) founding in 1948. This year WHO will celebrate its 75th anniversary!

WHO’s 75th anniversary is an opportunity to share some tips for living a longer, healthier life.

1. Drink enough water

The human body comprises 70% water, so we must drink between 1.5 and 3 liters daily to stay healthy. If you forget to drink while working, place a bottle of fresh water at your workstation!

2. Eat fresh and varied food regularly

The best food for our bodies makes us feel nourished, light, and energized. There is countless research on the subject, and many different diets and ways of eating. In all this avalanche of information, it is necessary to stay true to ourselves and our bodies.

Remember that the body always tells us what is good for it and what is not. We have to start listening to it!

To support healthy eating, you can consume a good quality multivitamin regularly. Our recommendation is Rigoton and Super High Potency Plus.

3. Sleep!

Sleep is the time of day when the body restores itself and builds up energy. During sleep, the body undergoes many essential processes for its normal functioning.

For this to happen, our sleep must be deep and restful. Meditation sessions, a calm and quiet environment, and a serotonin-based supplement can help us achieve this goal.

4. Keep active

It is essential to find an activity we like and that fits our lifestyle. We must listen to ourselves and our bodies when choosing an activity or sport that gives us energy.

5. Do more of what makes you happy

Whatever we do, it is crucial to do it with positive, inspired, and creative energy, whether it is baking cookies or running a whole company. One of the most important things for our physical and mental health is to find out what we like in life and do more of it!

One thing is sure: our thoughts and feelings create our world. So, the questions are: Are our thoughts positive or negative? Are they stimulating, or do they fill us with anxiety? Do we face our daily activities with optimism?

Identifying those changes we can make in our daily lives to live a longer, healthier life is a good start. But remember, to achieve the goal, we must move from theory to practice!
